Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. This excludes UK bank holidays. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch within 3 working days we will contact you via email and you reserve the right to cancel your order at that stage should you wish. We do however do everything in our power to dispatch orders as soon as possible. 

SHIPPING COSTS

We do not ship outside of the UK. Shipping is FREE. Deliveries within Leicestershire and surrounding areas are often delivered by hand by a member of the Optic Eden delivery team. Pick up is also available from our premises upon request. 

SHIPPING TO APO/AFPO addresses

We will ship to APO/AFPO addresses within the UK as long as customers have obtained the relevant permissions for the delivery to be made. Optic Eden will not be held responsible for orders that are not accepted. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take huge care in packaging our products safely so that they reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you receive your items and they are damaged, in the first instance we ask that you send details and photographs to info@opticeden.com.


Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the order. Any problems will always be addressed. Please email info@opticeden.com if you have any concerns. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations should be communicated to Optic Eden within 12 hours of placing your order. After that point we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible. Please email info@opticeden.com with any questions or concerns.
