UK Shipping
All items are sent 2nd class through Royal Mail.
Items are dispatched in 3-5 business days from order.
If you wish to upgrade shipping to receive faster please email to discuss, no changes can be made once order placed.
Refund Policy
Unwanted items
Provinding the Unwanted Items returns policy is followed, a refund for the amount you paid for unwanted goods will be sent within 28 days of receiving the return, provided the items are in their original condition in a re-saleable condition. Refunds for unwanted items will not include the cost of shipping. Please keep proof of posting from the post office.
Faulty Items
If an item does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange to either replace your goods or refund the purchase price.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations
Cancellations are at the artist's descrection and within 24 hours of purchase. Please email drawnbyhannahuk@gmail.com
Returns
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it please email within 14 days of reciept to Request a Return. Items then must be returned within 14 days of Acceptance of Return by Drawn By Hannah.
Unwanted goods can only be returned in the same condition you received them, unopened and unused.
Faulty/Damaged items must be notified to Drawn By Hannah within 7 days of reciept.
