We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Undamaged items may be returned unless custom.
Custom items cannot be returned.
Refunds not available for custom items.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at alex@at-art.co.uk with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Custom items cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund. Custom items cancelled after this period will receive half money back.
Orders cancelled for all other items will receive a full refund unless order has already been shipped.
