Description

As a small startup based in Ratby, we have roasted some great coffee and want to share it with you. This coffee we have found is a superb decaf coffee that you can drink any time of day or night.

This isn’t your usual decaf. This is Swiss Water® Process decaf. These are sold as Whole beans if you want to have them ground please use the “ask us a question” and get in touch

Swiss Water® Process uses water, temperature, and time elements to create the most delicious decaf coffee.

Fools Gold is a dark roast, perfect for espresso-based brews but works just as well for pour-overs. As soon as we tried it, we knew instantly that this would brighten up even the bluest Monday mornings.

Shipping Policy



We roast our coffee to a forecasted level of orders and any orders placed before 3:00 pm GMT will be processed, and shipped within 2 working days. Any orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT will not be processed until the following working day. Please contact us if you have any delivery questions or urgent requirements.

Our website calculates shipping charges based on the items in your cart and your delivery address, it will offer you the best available rates once it knows this information. The easiest way to work out shipping costs is to go through the website ordering process as if you were going to order the items you would like, then on the final page of the checkout process (before having to pay) you'll be given a list of available shipping options.

EU & International Delivery

We are currently only a United Kingdom based business and therefore do not ship to the EU or international. If there is any further questions regarding this please get in touch.

If your delivery still hasn't arrived after 7 days, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate further


Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@electrocoffee.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
