All Soap & Pepper soaps are made with ingredients that have been carefully chosen to awaken your senses; touch, smell and sight. They are naturally rich in glycerine making them perfect for bath, shower and sink.
They are palm oil free and vegan friendly. I use only natural ingredients, you won’t find any synthetic fragrance or colours being used. They are also phthalate, paraben and sulphate free.
Reducing waste is important, all purchases will come to you plastic free and with minimal packaging.
All bars are handmade so can vary on shape, size and colour making each bar complete unique. That’s part of their beauty.

Refund Policy
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it please let me know by email and return the items to Soap & Pepper within 7 days.
​Goods can only be returned in the same condition you received them, unopened and unused.
​A full refund for the amount you paid for goods will be sent within 28 days of receiving the return, provided the items are in their original condition in a re-saleable condition.
​Refunds will not include the cost of postage and packing.
Please keep proof of posting from the post office.
​If an item does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange to either replace your goods or refund the purchase price.
